I had the pleasure of hearing you speak at the Paperboard Packaging Council annual HR convention last week in San Diego. Your dynamic presentation was EXCEPTIONAL – I especially appreciated the focus on data and how we in the HR field play a key role to strategically evolve our work cultures to keep the right employees actively engaged in the business. Although I’ve always considered myself a techie, I quickly realized I’m behind the times in terms of tapping into the low-cost recruiting avenues such as myspace.com, podcasts, etc. to attract Gen Y and X talent. Frankly, many of us will have to get buy-in from our I.S. groups before exploring those media! I just wanted to thank you for the very thought-provoking presentation.”
